Welcome to AI Chinese Tattoo Advisor ("the Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

AI Chinese Tattoo Advisor provides an AI-powered platform that helps users discover culturally appropriate Chinese character tattoos. The Service includes character recommendations, cultural meaning analysis, safety checks, and expert review services.

2. Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

3. Payment and Refunds

• Payments are processed by Creem.io, our Merchant of Record. By purchasing a product, you agree to Creem's terms and conditions.
• All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products (reports, character analysis), we do not offer refunds once a report has been delivered, except where required by law.
• Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.
• The Expert Review service includes a 48-hour turnaround from the time we receive your request. If we fail to deliver within 48 hours, you may request a full refund.

4. Intellectual Property

• All content provided by the Service, including character recommendations, cultural analysis, font previews, and reports, is for personal, non-commercial use only.
• You may not resell, redistribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
• Font images and cultural content remain the property of their respective owners.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of character recommendations for any specific purpose. Tattoos are permanent and carry cultural significance — we strongly recommend consulting with a qualified tattoo artist and, where applicable, a native Chinese speaker before proceeding.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Chinese Tattoo Advisor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with tattoo outcomes.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse engineer or scrape the Service.
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others.
• Share your account credentials with third parties.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that is harmful to the Service or other users.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the Service operator is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
